News NoRTEC Awarded Grant to Help Cleanup 2019 Storm Damage + NoRTEC was granted $2,500,000 to help with cleanup following the winter storms in 2019. This funding will allow us to provide temporary workers to public and non-profit agencies to clean up and repair damage from 2019 winter storms in Del Norte, Modoc, Shasta and Trinity counties.
